Corporate Services 2018-11-27T16:40:39+00:00

In May 2018, Medibio acquired Vital Conversations, a Perth-based psychology consultancy with a focus on corporate health, coaching, organisational development, leadership and training. Extending these services to our corporate clients allows us to offer a multi-tiered approach to address mental health in the workplace, improve employee well-being and increase productivity.

An Employee Assistant Program (EAP) provider is called upon in times of crisis or as a reactive response to a request for support. We are proud to support our organisations and their staff with an EAP that is not only responsive in times of need but quick in identifying trends and providing preventative or early intervention options to keep your organisation productive, mentally healthy and sustainable.

Some of our services include:

Access for managers to talk through concerns – as they happen, with our fee free support line*

Optional access to cost-effective coaching, for those staff who are wanting to take the next step in their development

Proactive resources
– helpful, relevant and timely

Access to reduced training rates
